What We Access
Email Sending Permission
We can send emails on your behalf through your Gmail account to deliver your campaigns.
Email Metadata Only
We access email headers (sender, subject, date) to detect replies to your campaigns.
Email Address
Your email address for account verification and displaying connection status.
Campaign Tracking
Thread IDs and message IDs to track responses and engagement with your campaigns.
What We DON'T Access
We Never Access:
- Email body content or personal messages
- Your existing conversations and threads
- Email attachments or files
- Your contact lists or address book
- Drafts, sent items, or spam folders
Security Measures
AES-256 Encryption
All Gmail tokens are encrypted using strong policy AES-256 encryption before storage.
Automatic Token Refresh
Tokens are automatically refreshed to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.
Secure Database
Data stored in encrypted database with row-level security and access controls.
Limited Scope Access
We only request the minimal permissions needed (send + metadata), not full Gmail access.

Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
We DO NOT Share Your Gmail Data
ProsperIA does not sell, rent, or share your Gmail data with any third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes.
Your Gmail data stays within our secure infrastructure and is used ONLY for the purposes you explicitly authorize:
- Sending emails on your behalf to recipients you specify
- Tracking email metadata (not content) for campaign analytics
- Verifying your account connection status
Service Providers
We use trusted infrastructure service providers to operate our platform. These providers have access only to encrypted tokens (AES-256 encryption), never to your email content or user data.
All service providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and cannot access or use your Gmail data for any purpose.
No Data Sales or Marketing Use
We explicitly do not:
- Sell your Gmail data to advertisers or data brokers
- Use your Gmail data for our own marketing purposes
- Share your email recipients or campaign data with other ProsperIA users
- Train AI models using your Gmail data or email content
- Access your email content for any purpose other than sending campaigns you create
Legal Compliance
We may disclose data only when required by law (e.g., valid court orders, subpoenas) or to protect our rights, users' safety, or investigate fraud. We will notify you of any such disclosure unless legally prohibited.
Your Rights & Control
Disconnect Anytime
You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from your settings page.
Data Deletion
When you disconnect, all tokens are immediately deleted from our servers.
Google Account Control
You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account security settings.
Transparency
View connection status and last activity in your account settings.
