How do I connect my Gmail account?

Go to Settings → Gmail Integration and click "Connect Email". You'll be redirected to Google's secure OAuth flow to authorize ProsperIA. We only request minimal permissions: gmail.send and gmail.metadata for sending emails and tracking delivery.

How many emails can I send per day?

You can send up to 1,000 emails per day per user. This limit is designed to maintain good sender reputation and comply with Gmail's sending limits. Enterprise plans can have higher limits upon request.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously. All OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption, data is transmitted over TLS, and we implement row-level security for multi-tenant data isolation. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I revoke Gmail access anytime?

Absolutely! You can disconnect your Gmail integration at any time from Settings → Gmail Integration → Revoke Access. This will immediately remove our access to your Gmail account and delete all stored tokens.

How does the AI email generation work?

Our AI uses your business context (work type, role, product description) combined with lead information to generate personalized emails. The first email is AI-generated, while follow-ups use professional templates. You can always review and edit content before sending.

What happens if I exceed my credit limit?

You'll receive notifications when approaching your limit. Once exceeded, you can upgrade your plan or wait for the monthly reset. We never send emails without your explicit authorization, so you won't be charged unexpectedly.
