By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Core Functionality

ProsperIA provides an AI-powered email automation platform that enables users to:

  • ✓Automatically enrich lead profiles using third-party data sources
  • ✓Generate personalized email content using artificial intelligence
  • ✓Send automated email campaigns through Gmail integration
  • ✓Track email performance, deliverability, and responses
  • ✓Manage multi-email sequences with professional templates

2.2 Gmail Integration

Our Service integrates with Google Gmail to send emails on your behalf. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize us to:

  • →Access email metadata for tracking and analytics
  • →Monitor email delivery status and responses

Important: You retain full ownership and control of your Gmail account and can revoke our access at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Usage Limits

  • • Monthly credit limits based on plan
  • • No refunds for unused credits

6. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, algorithms, and UI, is owned by ProsperIA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your lead data, email content, and account information. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before sending.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

Our Service integrates with third-party services (Gmail, OpenAI, IA enrichment by perplexity) that have their own privacy policies. You should review their terms before using our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

9. Termination

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by French law and European Union regulations.
